1. About Makzora

Makzora is a digital business operated by Memona Aslam as an individual sole proprietor in Pakistan. These Terms govern your access to Makzora websites, software and subscription services, including ClientPilot AI.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using our services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the services.

3. Our services

ClientPilot AI is a subscription-based software platform designed to support client management, sales pipelines, meeting transcription and summaries, proposals, tasks, follow-ups, analytics and related business workflows.

Features may be added, changed, limited or discontinued as the product develops.

4. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, protect your login credentials and remain responsible for activity under your account. You may not share access beyond the number of users included in your subscription plan.

5. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, as shown during checkout. Payments, billing documents and applicable taxes may be handled by Paddle, our authorised Merchant of Record.

Your subscription will renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal date. Prices and plan limits displayed during checkout form part of your purchase agreement.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription before its next renewal date. Cancellation stops future billing, while access normally continues until the end of the paid billing period. Details regarding refund eligibility are explained in our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Makzora services to:

• Break any law or violate another person’s rights.
• Upload malicious software or attempt unauthorised access.
• Send spam, deceptive communications or abusive content.
• Process content you do not have permission to use.
• Resell, copy, reverse engineer or misuse the platform.

8. Customer data and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the business data and content you upload. You are responsible for obtaining all required permissions from clients, employees and meeting participants before uploading personal data, recordings or documents.

9. AI-generated content

AI-generated summaries, recommendations, follow-ups and proposals may contain errors or incomplete information. You must review generated content before relying on, publishing or sending it. Makzora does not provide legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

10. Intellectual property

Makzora owns or licenses the software, branding, interface, design and other platform materials. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive and revocable right to use the service during an active subscription.

11. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, third-party outages, security events or technical changes may temporarily affect access.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access where you breach these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay, create security risks or engage in unlawful activity. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Makzora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business, data loss or missed opportunities. Our total liability relating to a paid service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service during the preceding three months.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when our services, legal requirements or business practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with a revised update date.
